Aishwarya Sanchety is a designer and photographer based in London. Her formal design practice focuses on the intersection of print and digital media within publication, editorial design, visual identity & branding, website design, art direction and product photography.
In her personal body of work, she explores themes of home, displacement, and memory, using her practice to understand her identity and reality better. Using a multidisciplinary approach to communicate her narrative, Aishwarya combines typography and photography to convey her stories and connect with people. With a keen eye for detail, her work is thoughtful and warm. Central to her practice is the feeling of respite and exploring how you can find a sliver of relief and solace by capturing intimate moments.
As she visualises her practice and its future, Aishwarya plans to explore how visual design can be both culturally impactful and revealing.
